Kęszyccy Family Archive

The author of the film is Marcin Kęszycki, who as a teenager documented family and social life with a Newa 2 camera. 

Film shot in 1968 during a carnival party in the last class at Primary School No 43 in Poznań. Young people are preparing the room for the party, the girls are hanging decorations and vinyl records can be seen lying on the table. Students are dancing on the dance floor and drinking tea at a long table. Teachers sitting at a separate table are also present at the party. Shots of pupils dancing in pairs on the dance floor. Among those taking part in the party can be seen Martin’s classmates: Piotr Domański, Jolanta Rojda, Piotr Napierała, Janusz Jeziółkowski, Jerzy Zacharczuk, Basia Mania, Jacek Brzóska, Krystyna Merska and Ewelina Szajda.
