Łeba, 1974. The resort of the Construction and Service Company “Dźwigar”. At that time, it was an intimate, seaside town, more of a fishing village than a tourist town – there was no infrastructure, the beaches were unregulated. The family spent their days on the beach, where they had previously prepared sandwiches. Typical genre scenes: five-year-old Kasia Górna plays by the water, draws with a stick on the sand, runs into the shallow water, jumps over the waves. Then she takes off her soaked swimming costume and climbs onto the beach basket.
