description

A film from the wedding of Andrzej Kamiński’s friends – Zbigniew and Misia. The bride and groom leave a car (“Duży Fiat”) and enter the Civil Registry Office in Warsaw’s Praga district, at ul. Ludwika Mycielskiego (now the Tax Office is located there). The young couple stands before the official, takes the oath and signs the documents. After the ceremony, they receive congratulations from the families and other guests. Then get into the car and go to the church of Our Lady of Perpetual Help at ul. Alfreda Nobla, where the church wedding takes place. The bride and groom again accept the congratulations, collect the coins scattered for good fortune and get into the car. They return to the house located at the intersection of ul. Holenderska and Peszteńska in Warsaw’s Praga district.
