description |
Leszek Krzeszowiak was a skier (among others a Polish vice-champion in slalom in 1949 in Karpacz), ski coach, academic lecturer, judge, director of the Department of Judges and General Skiing in the Polish Ski Association. He was also passionate about filming sports and important events, not only family events. The pictures were shot with the Czechoslovak Admira 16 mm camera. He usually filmed others, in this short shot, he is the hero himself, so it was most likely recorded by his wife, Barbara. We can see Leszek Krzeszowiak skiing down the Kościuszko Mound in Cracow. He is accompanied by his beloved dog, Pimpuś. (CN)
