The author of the film is Jarosław Krajewski (born in 1952 in Poznań). As a teenager, he received his first camera as a gift from his parents. Since then, he has filmed important events and family life: weddings, holiday trips to the Powidz area, as well as his daughters, Paula and Zuzanna, growing up. Jarosław was interested in journalism. In his youth, he belonged to the Club of Youth Journalists (KDM), later he worked, among others, in the office and the company newspaper in a furniture factory and as a tour guide in Europe. He currently lives in Edinburgh, Scotland.

Part 1
The film was made on All Saints’ Day – November 1, 1967 in Poznań-Wydmy district. Two boys fool around in the field. The older one pretends to aim his catapult at the camera. The younger one poses with his dad in front of the car, a blue Warszawa. The rest of the family leaves the house. Junikowo cemetery in Poznań. The family stands next to a grave. Women arrange flowers. On the gravestone, there are fresh chrysanthemums and burning candles.

Part 2
An account of a family mushroom picking trip to Puszcza Notecka (Noteć Primaeval Forest) in 1968 or 1969. As the author of the film recalls, mushroom picking in the company of closer and further family was a Sunday family tradition. On the ground, next to numerous baskets and punnets filled with mushrooms, there are thermoses and picnic food. Some people rest and eat. Others clean the picked mushrooms. The boys play in the road next to the picnic area. One of the women changes clothes by the car and takes out a sausage from the trunk, which she offers to the others.

Part 3
An account of a family walk at Lake Kiekrz in 1969. The family poses for the camera against the background of the field. Brothers dressed in the same shirts fool around at the camera. The family gets out of the car and walks around a developed plot.

Part 4
An account of one of the first family trips to Lake Powidzkie Małe (also called Lake Hutka) in the summer of 1967. A man fishes by the lake. The younger brother shows his tongue at the camera. A woman guts the caught fish. The father and sons fish. The caught fish is then fried in a frying pan. A shot of a portable stove spread out in the trunk of the car and a folding table standing next to it.

Part 5
Crowded beach by the lake in Słupca, 1967 or 1968. Some people swim in the water, others sunbathe and rest. A boy sits on a blanket and accosts a sunbathing woman. Among the sunbathers you can see Jarosław’s cousins and their two neighbors, Zosia and Hania.

Part 6
Strzałkowo, 1967. Rafał, Jarosław’s cousin, plays in a barn with two dogs. The puppy runs around the yard. The boy chases it and strokes it.

Part 7
An account of a trip to the campsite in the summer of 1969. In the film, apart from the parents of the author of the film, Albin and Kazimiera, we can also see Maria (Albin’s sister) with her husband and friends, Henryk and Bogdan with his wife. The holidaymakers spend time on folding chairs and lawn chairs by their tent. Bogdan’s wife films Jarosław, who films her. A shot of a crowded beach in the resort.

Part 8
A park in Strzałkowo, 1969. Teenage Jarosław and his cousin, Grzegorz, spend time with their friends, Agnieszka and Jolanta. Young people sit on a bench and listen to the radio. As the author of the film recalls, that day he dressed up as one of the girls and that’s how he spent time among his peers. The boy was accompanied by his cousin, Włodek.

Part 9
An account of a school camping in the third year of high school on Lake Kierskie near Poznań in the summer of 1970. Jarosław and his friend, Janusz, lie on a blanket spread out in the meadow and play cards. Other friends from school are busy setting up the tent.

Part 10
A short shot of a swimming area at the city beach on Lake Powidzkie, 1969.

Part 11
An account of one of the first trips near Powidz in the summer of 1968. Among the participants of the trip, we can see Kazia and Albin, Tomasz (Jarosław’s brother), Rafał (Jarosław’s cousin), Henryk and Bogdan with his wife. The woman sits on a folding chair. Behind her, we can see a mowed meadow. The men spend time by the lake. The boy carries to the shore a net with caught fish. The participants of the trip swing in turn. A man sits on a camping chair and naps with a newspaper in his hand. Genre scenes from the campsite. Two men try to throw a woman into the water, holding her arms and legs. Shots of the participants of the trip resting at the campsite. A woman sunbathes on a lawn chair by the tents. The men fish by the lake.
