Jastrzębscy Family Archive

The author of the film is Andrzej Jastrzębski – a jazz tuba player, photography and old car enthusiast – who immortalized family memories using a Zenit camera and an 8 mm camera. 

Part 1 

Andrzej and Ewa’s eldest daughter, Sabina, is getting out of the car and is posing by the board of a blueberry plantation in Bielawskie Blota, then is collecting blackberries in a tub and is waving to the camera.

Part 2

Probably 1983. Marianna and Diana with their mother are leaving the staircase of the block of flats and are walking together to the kindergarten at 4 Portofino Street in Warsaw’s Stegny district. 

Part 3

The newlyweds are receiving wishes from their guests. Andrzej’s mother, Zofia Jastrzębska, can be seen with her sister among those gathered.
