The author of the film is Andrzej Jastrzębski – a jazz tuba player, photography and old car enthusiast – who immortalized family memories using a Zenit camera and an 8 mm camera. Part 1 Film shot during a family holiday in Pobierowo in 1991. Children are playing in front of a cottage at the holiday resort; Andrzej and Ewa’s son Lech is aiming a toy rifle at his sisters Diana and Marianna. The family is spending time at the beach, visiting the Church of the Holy Redeemer in Pobierowo and watching a folk band perform. The boys are playing with sticks in the forest, later baking sausages on a bonfire with the rest of the family. The family is posing at the camera against the backdrop of the cottage and the car parked in front of it. Part 2 Lech is sitting on a military cannon during a tour of the Powsińska Street branch of the Polish Army Museum in Warsaw. (AT)
