Józefa Lissowska (the author’s wife), Leszek and Halina Filipczyńscy (family friends). Leszek Filipczyński was an acoustics and ultrasound specialist, the inventor of Polish ultrasonic medical diagnostics; Halina Filipczyńska met Józefa Lissowska during the Warsaw Uprising.

Jan Lissowski (1920–2008), an author was a student at the secret Warsaw University of Technology in 1943–1944. After the war, he graduated from the Faculty of Communications. While he was still a student, he got employed at the Documentary Film Studio, where he became the Head of Technology. Since 1957, he worked at the Experimental and Service Film Center at ul. Dominikańska 9 (later names of this company – the Research and Development Film Center and FOBR-Techfilm). It was there that he and his team developed an innovative technology for the production of magnetic tape, which, for decades, was used in cinematography for sound recording. In 1960–1967, he worked simultaneously as a technical manager at Television Film Production Department TVP. He later returned to full-time work at FOBR until he retired on January 1st, 1989.

A film from a trip with friends to Zakopane in the winter of 1959 or 1960. A beautiful, sunny, winter day. Three friends are on the way to Gubałówka. A carriage of the Polish Cable Railways (PKL) goes uphill. Skiers walk in the thick snow, rest, ladies smoke cigarettes, slide down, approach, ski down, sometimes fall over, which is laughed at by other friends. Everyone has a great time. The next scenes were shot in Kuźnice at the lower station of the cable car to Kasprowy Wierch. The train carriage heads towards the author of the film, however, according to his memories, the friends did not take the cable car that day. They went to the shelter on Kalatówki in order to ski down to Kuźnice. The last scenes of the film show Warsaw. These are short scenes next to the Palace of Culture and Science (PKiN) and at Marszałkowska Residential District (MDM). Most likely, the author had some tape left from his trip to Zakopane and, hence, there are these additional scenes.
