Janusz Dybkowski (1954–2003) was a photographer and journalist who collaborated with numerous editorial offices, including “Tygodnik Piotrkowski” and “Dziennik Łódzki”. In Piotrków, he documented significant local events and the daily life of the city. His film collection consists of both footage of family life and documentary materials.
Part 1
A group of people is spending their free time by the river. They park their car near the campsite and head through a forested area toward the water. They walk slowly, talking. They stop by the bank. The men are fishing, while the woman is strolling through the wooded area.
Part 2
Shots of a funeral procession, including policemen, soldiers, and representatives of workplaces and schools walking in it. The delegations are carrying a large number of wreaths. Uniformed officers and family members are also following the casket. People are standing on the sidewalk.
