The author of the film is Zbigniew Hassa. Since the age of 14, he had worked as an electrician in Warsaw Trams (then MZK). When his daughters, Joanna and Katarzyna, were born, he decided to start filming events from the life of the family.
The continuation of the previous film. First Communion of Agnieszka Żelazko, Zbigniew Hassa’s niece. Open-air shots. Agnieszka, in a Communion dress and accompanied by her family, walks along a road next to the forest. In front of the church of St. Catherine, there are girls in Communion dresses, among them Agnieszka. We can also see many family members. Someone holds a camera. The girls pose in front of the church with a nun for a group photo, holding pictures in their hands. The view of the church. The whole family goes along a road. At the front, there is Agnieszka in a Communion dress and Kasia. Scenes from the Communion reception in the house of the Żelazko family. Children sit at a table in front of the house. One of the boys strokes a dog. On the table, we can see a plate with a sliced cake. Children laugh. Shots from inside the house, where adults celebrate at a set table. We can see: Irena Hassa, Zbigniew’s brothers (Tadeusz and Leszek), his parents (Jadwiga and Stanisław) and a grandmother (Regina). Outside, Kasia and Agnieszka dance and hold hands. The boys have climbed a tree. A little girl and a boy stand in front of the camera. Kasia pretends to hit their heads with badminton rackets.
